A shallow, 50 cm diameter conical hat made of woven thin bamboo strips starting from the top and further split into finer strips midway and intricately woven. The edge of the brim is loosely woven bamboo.  A plastic sheet is placed between the exterior and the interior matting for protection against the rain. The headliner is made of bamboo padded with cloth.
