The rich tradition of culinary art involving rice in Asia was illustrated through the Pithas from Bangladesh, and several rice cakes and desserts from Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam. Both the poster giving information on selected rice cakes, and the actual samples of rice cakes were displayed.
